Context
Why This Feedback Matters
HealthyPractice.org is built on a simple belief: the technical side of medicine matters, but so does the personal side. Patients need accurate care, clear information, and efficient systems — but they also need to know that the people caring for them are present, attentive, compassionate, and listening.
The testimonials below reflect training experiences facilitated by Marshall T. Fields, Sr. before HealthyPractice.org was launched. They are included here because they demonstrate the communication, leadership, emotional awareness, and people-development work that now informs HealthyPractice.org's services.

Participant Reflections
In their own words.
"Marshall makes this whole program so much fun, you can't help but retain the knowledge he puts out there. You can definitely use this workshop to communicate better with everyone around you. This program was certainly the best one I have participated in since working with UK. Thank you!"
"The training really gave me insight on how to control my emotions when in a difficult situation and how to evaluate my responses to get a positive outcome. Communication is a big part of healthcare. This will help me to better communicate with my patients and to understand some of the things they face every day and how it can affect their actions."
"I enjoyed your humor and your realness. A tough subject but you made it easier to dialogue about."
"I learned how to change negative conversations to have a positive outcome. Additionally, one of my favorite takeaways was, "the calmest person will win." I can use it in every aspect!"

"Have conversations even if uncomfortable for clarity. Seek understanding. Self-evaluation. Working with very diverse groups. Be sensitive, if offended someone unintentionally, apologize and make yourself aware of the offense to not commit again. Don't assume that someone meant to offend. Politely recognize and speak up why words or behavior offensive. Hopefully well received. I am responsible for my actions and words. Not responsible for others response. Excellent communicator. Informative."
